About SimpleSnipCode

SimpleSnipCode started as a coding YouTube channel, and this site is its written companion — the same explanations from the videos, turned into step-by-step reference guides you can search, skim, and come back to whenever you need a quick reminder.

What's on this site

Right now the tutorials cover Python, Next.js, MongoDB, and PostgreSQL — from first-lesson basics through more advanced, practical topics like indexing, aggregation pipelines, and query performance. New tracks and lessons get added as the channel covers new topics.

How these tutorials are made

Each lesson is written to be a clear, accurate reference — code examples are checked for correctness, and lessons are updated when mistakes are found or a topic needs more detail. Where a lesson reflects hands-on testing (a specific error encountered, a screenshot from a real run, a note on what actually happened when a query was tried), that's called out directly in the lesson itself rather than left generic.

If you spot an error, an outdated example, or something that could be explained more clearly, reach out — this site is actively maintained, not a one-time upload.

Free, no signup required

Every tutorial on this site is free to read, with no account or signup required. The site is supported by display advertising, which helps cover hosting costs and keeps the tutorials free for everyone.
